College steps in to save statewide child assault prevention program

NJCAP staff and county coordinators join with Camden County College staff

GLOUCESTER TWP. — The motto of the New Jersey Child Assault Prevention program is “Empowering Children to be Safe, Strong and Free.”

That mission seemed in jeopardy earlier this year when the Educational Information and Resource Center announced it was closing because of budget woes.

The EIRC is a state-created local education agency that was formed to serve school districts and municipalities in New Jersey with various services, including training and purchasing. Read More Here on NJ.com
