A Teen Struggled with Cyber-Bullies

An uncle, who is the guardian of his niece, called the CAP Coordinator about his niece being cyber-bullied by teens in her middle school.  The Coordinator shared with him his niece’s rights under the state law.  She encouraged him to work with the school. The uncle said he was really thankful to be able to discuss it with CAP and feels he now can do something to see that his niece is safe in school
