All public, private and parochial schools are welcome to apply for CAP funding. Applications must be submitted by the District Chief School Administrator. Schools are requested to commit a match of 30% of the total CAP program costs for the Elementary, Teen, Special Needs and Early Childhood CAP programs and 50% for CAP’s Bullying Prevention program. Exceptions to this requirement are made for urban aide districts and those districts who can document financial need and/or other related factors. When requesting the exemption, applications must be accompanied by waiver documentation in order to be accepted.
All applications must have board approval.
Please complete the applications by filling in the word document from the link below, getting board approval and sending the signed and completed application no later than June 30, 2020, by email to: email@example.com
Districts will receive written notification of their acceptance within three months of the deadline date for submission of the grant application. Districts not selected due to limited funding will be put on a waiting list. email: firstname.lastname@example.org
