Ellen Gallagher has been implementing CAP since 1988 in Sussex, Passaic and Morris Counties. She and her facilitators are trained in all of the programs offered by NJCAP.

Comments from Administrators after having the CAP program:

“Yes, the CAP personnel met my expectations. They were very knowledgeable.  They related important information in an informative and nurturing manner.  Our students understood what was presented to them and benefited from the reinforcement provided by adults other than their teachers.”

“We have been partnering with CAP for more than 20 years. Our parents, staff and students find value in the Workshops.”

“The teachers all commented on how well run the program was and noted the level of professionalism and friendliness of all the presenters.”

Please contact Ellen to discuss how your district can receive this award winning empowering program, dedicated to the belief that all children deserve to be safe, strong and free!
